// GRINDING

Teeth are created by high accuracy grinding machinery, achieving identical tooth geometry throughout the whole process. This manufacturing process prevents stress in the steel structure which would lessen the lifetime of bandsaw.

// TOOTH SETTING

Setting avoids the product pressing laterally onto the bandsaw, thereby decreasing friction. It also increases cutting performance and the lifespan of the bandsaw blade. It’s possible to produce three different sets: Low/Normal/High, to achieve faster cuts and cleaner cuts.

// HARDENING

Maximum hardness at the tip of the tooth to increasing the performance and lifespan of the bandsaw blade. In black and bright finish which is recommended for cutting fish and cephalopods.

// WELDING

Welds are executed using electronic welders in order to obtain high strength welds and a perfect alignment. Well executed welds prevent vibrations and noises in the bandsaw machines.

// TYPE AND SIZE TOOTH

Tooth size is determined in two different ways: the metric system (the distance between the tips of teeth “Pitch”) and the imperial system (the number of teeth that are contained in one inch).
